Members heard fascinating presentations from Professor James Nicoll of Southampton University, Professor Margaret Rayman of Surrey University and Professor Martin Prince of King’s College, London at a meeting to discuss diet and dementia. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the degree to which healthy eating can help prevent dementia and, against that background, to discuss what in particular constitutes a diet that is supportive of brain health.
