Our guest speakers were Professor Neil Ward of the School of Biomedical and Molecular Sciences at Surrey University and Professor Ian Charles, Director of the Institute for Food Research, Norwich. The meeting was chaired by Sir David Amess MP. The two speakers set out what is currently known about ME, the role diet may play and the issues which are likely to be the main focus for future research in this area.
